Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wlndb website, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and wlndb. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on the wlndb platform.

wlndb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wlndb will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the wlndb platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for informational purposes, the English version shall govern in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and wlndb relating to your use of the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The wlndb platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. 18+

wlndb enforces age verification as a mandatory component of the KYC process required before the first withdrawal from any account. If wlndb has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. No funds held in a suspended account will be released until the player's age has been confirmed to wlndb's satisfaction. If it is determined that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits made during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

In addition to the age requirement, you must ensure that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction before registering with wlndb. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the wlndb platform is lawful in your location. wlndb does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or hold a wlndb account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be employed by wlndb or any of its affiliated partners in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of wlndb services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Failure to keep your details current may result in delays in payment processing or temporary account restriction.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active wlndb account. If wlndb identifies that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or in sequence after a previous account closure — all accounts beyond the first registered account will be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated through bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wlndb strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your account and that you do not share your login credentials with any third party. wlndb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the wlndb support team immediately by emailing [email protected]. wlndb will investigate all credible reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is in progress.

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership for each deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account in your name).
• Additional documents may be requested at wlndb's discretion as part of enhanced due diligence procedures.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the wlndb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wlndb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time at wlndb's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods that are registered in their own name — third-party payment methods are not accepted.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider restrictions.
• Deposits are credited to your wlndb account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary during periods of high network demand.
• wlndb does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wlndb bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your name will be reversed and the account may be subject to review.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be approved and processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the player's VIP tier. Diamond-tier players receive priority processing.
• wlndb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

wlndb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are awarded in BDT and credited to a separate bonus balance within your wlndb account.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds or qualifying bonus funds, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Games do not all contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• wlndb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under a valid accepted offer will be honoured.
• Bonuses expire after the period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

wlndb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns that indicate low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, collusion between accounts, and repeated bonus claiming behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, wlndb reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to restrict or permanently close the account in question.

Gameplay & Fair Use

All casino games, live dealer titles, crash games, and sports betting markets available on the wlndb platform are supplied by internationally recognised providers whose game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time live dealing processes. wlndb does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any game supplied by its provider partners.

Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the supplying provider and are available in the game information panel accessible within each individual game. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Gambling involves risk, and players should wager only amounts they are prepared to lose.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, wlndb will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation in a fair and transparent manner. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the standard resolution is to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. wlndb's decision on technical fault resolution is final.

• Players may only participate in games using funds held in their registered wlndb account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• wlndb reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed after a market has officially closed, or placed on events affected by manifest pricing errors.
• For sports betting, settlement of markets is based on official result data from recognised governing bodies (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket). In cases of disputed results, settlement will be deferred until an official ruling is issued.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wlndb platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances and bonuses subject to forfeiture. In serious cases, wlndb reserves the right to refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the wlndb platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, poker variant, or live dealer table.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible under normal gameplay conditions.
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other identity or payment verification process.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using the wlndb platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wlndb support team members or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to any area of the wlndb platform not accessible to standard registered players.
• Placing bets with the intent to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion restrictions previously applied to your account.

Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the closure of their wlndb account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, wlndb will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

wlndb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account would expose wlndb to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, account funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — may request self-exclusion directly through the Account Settings section of the post-login dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion can be applied for periods ranging from one week to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated and no new account may be registered by the same individual. wlndb takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them without delay.

• Account closure requests submitted by email are processed within 24 hours during standard support hours.
• Self-exclusion activated through the dashboard takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Players seeking permanent self-exclusion are encouraged to also register with any national responsible gaming support services available in Bangladesh.
• Upon permanent account closure at the player's request, wlndb will retain transaction records for the period required under applicable data retention obligations, in accordance with the wlndb Privacy Policy.
